Bob is an active member of the Consumer Electronics Association's Mobile Electronics Division Board of Directors, and serves as Chairperson of the Division's Education Committee.  He has lead seminars and panel discussions on mobile electronics retail management, developing partnerships and Internet utilization at industry trade shows and events, including the International Consumer Electronics Show and the Mobile Enhancement Retailers Association’s Knowledgefest.
