This information may be detailed text data or full color graphic representations or photos. The four primary tools include the Technical Support Application (Victory QuickSpec), the Technical Support FaxBack System (Victory FaxBack), the Technical Support CD-ROM Software (Victory Installation Excellence), and the Technical Support Web Site (Victory InstallationExcellence.net).

Victory QuickSpec is the internal software application utilized by support personnel to review, enter and distribute the necessary data (detailed functionality available upon request). This application provides quick access to data for technicians to utilize during their telephone conversations with clients while also allowing for data updating. This updating process, which is controlled via a User Admin function also allows for automatic and instant updating of the three distribution channels (FaxBack, CD-ROM & Web Site)!
